Thanks to everyone that came down to the Glug event last Thursday – really good to see you all, great effort for braving the rainy weather and thanks to everyone for the very kind feedback. (And thanks to LOVE for the snap below).

Studio Diary
RSSThe lovely bunch at LOVE in Manchester have kindly asked us to join them as they host tonight’s GLUG in Cargo. It seems there’s a bit of a northern theme going on as we’ll also be joined by the guys at The Neighbourhood.
Late notice I know (sorry) but, if you fancy it, hopefully there’s some tickets left here.

Well, what a week that was..
We were charged with the task of writing, designing and animating a 30sec TV spot for BBC Radio1 in just 5days.. (well 4 1/2 actually, as we spent half of Friday sorting the audio out before quickly sending it off to be aired on the Saturday!)
Thanks to all the team that helped pull a great job out of the bag – Saulo, David, Joe, Nicos & Dan – and, despite the crazy deadline, making it a fun project to work on. You can see the results for yourself now on our main page..
A nice project to warm the new studio up and all rounded off with a party last Friday!

So we’re (nearly) ready to move and the new studio on Fashion Street is having a good lick of paint before we move all our kit in.
It’s all very exciting.. can’t wait to get settled in.

Honda lent us a generator for the shoot, so we agreed to stand around looking awkward whilst they shot us.
Look out for us in a Honda press pack soon..
Alex and Will over at It’s Nice That have posted a preview of our film ‘24 hours, Pavey Ark’ that I’ve just completed alongside John Hooper as part of the IYC Collaborate exhibition. Take a look here.
The exhibition opens on Thurs 14th Jan till 23rd at A Foundation Gallery, La Rochelle School, East London.

We need our heads checking, but we’re off to the windswept hills of the north to shoot our short film for next year’s If You Could Exhibition http://www.ifyoucould.co.uk
I’m working with photographer John Hooper http://www.johnhooper.net and we’re attempting a rather complicated continuous time-lapse shot set over 24hrs.
In the Lake District. On top of a big hill. In the middle of November.
